Welcome to CustomThings. This policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Since our products are customized and made specifically for each customer, orders require processing and production before dispatch.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the product, customization, order volume, and production requirements.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Courier operations

• Customer location

• Weekends and public holidays

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Shipping or delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on most products, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

4. Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Tracking availability depends on the courier partner.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information & RTO

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.

CustomThings is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or RTO caused by incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect phone number, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to respond to delivery attempts.

In case of RTO due to customer-related reasons, applicable RTO and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged Shipments

If a parcel arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and an unboxing video for investigation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Most CustomThings products are customized and produced specifically for individual customers. Therefore, once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted.

1. No Cancellation After Placing an Order

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, whether processing has started or not.

Customers are advised to carefully review all order details before placing the order.

2. Order Modification

If you need to change any details such as design, text, name, quantity, size, or other customization, you may contact us before processing/production starts.

Modification requests will be accepted only if the order has not yet entered processing.

Once processing, design work, printing, manufacturing, or production has started, no modifications or cancellation will be accepted.

3. Cancellation by CustomThings

CustomThings reserves the right to cancel an order due to circumstances including:

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

• Pricing or technical errors

• Unavailability of required materials

• Incomplete or unusable customization information

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions

• Other circumstances where fulfilling the order is not reasonably possible

If CustomThings cancels an order and payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Refund for Orders Cancelled by CustomThings

Where CustomThings cancels an order, the applicable refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.

The actual credit time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or other payment method.
