Welcome to CustomThings. We are committed to delivering high-quality customized products made according to the requirements provided by our customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Nature of Customized Products
All products sold through CustomThings are personalized and custom-made specifically for individual customers. Since each order is produced based on customer-provided customization details, photographs, names, text, artwork, or design preferences, such products cannot be resold or reused.
Therefore, customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except under specific circumstances mentioned below.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund only if:
- The product received is damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product contains a manufacturing defect.
- The product significantly differs from the approved customization details provided by the customer.
To be eligible for a claim, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence Required
To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Unboxing video showing the package condition
- Photographs of damaged or defective areas
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Customer changes their mind after purchase.
- Incorrect personalization details were provided by the customer.
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings or photography lighting.
- Delay caused by courier partners.
- Customer refuses delivery.
- Minor variations that naturally occur in handmade or customized products.
Replacement Process
If the claim is approved, we may choose to:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
The decision will be based on the investigation conducted by our support team.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The actual credit time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Return Shipping
In cases where a return is approved due to damage, manufacturing defect, or wrong item delivery, return shipping costs may be borne by CustomThings.
Customers must not return any item without receiving confirmation from our support team.
