Order Processing

Since our products are customized and made according to customer requirements, all orders undergo a production and customization process before shipment.

The standard processing time is typically 2–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product complexity, order volume, and customization requirements.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At present, international shipping may not be available for all products. If international shipping is offered, applicable charges and delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier partner operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping Across India on most products unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers may receive shipping updates through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available from the courier partner.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

CustomThings shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or customer-provided information.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Such delays shall not be considered valid grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and an unboxing video for investigation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At CustomThings, most products are customized and manufactured specifically according to customer requirements. Therefore, cancellation requests are handled according to the policy below.

Order Cancellation Before Production

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order, provided production or customization has not yet started.

Cancellation requests received during this period will be reviewed by our support team.

Order Cancellation After Production Begins

Once customization, design work, manufacturing, printing, engraving, or production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

This policy exists because customized products are created specifically for individual customers and cannot be resold to others.

Cancellation by CustomThings

CustomThings reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Unavailability of materials
  • Incomplete customization information
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions

In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before production begins, the refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to place orders only when they have a genuine intention to purchase.

Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in future order restrictions.
